Swansea City have secured promotion to the Premier League after a 4-1 win against Barnsley in the Championship play-off final. This marks the clubs return to the top flight of English football after five years away.
The Welsh side last competed in the Premier League in the 2017/18 season and have since been playing in the Championship.
The team have been led by manager Steve Cooper since 2019 and have had an impressive campaign, finishing third in the Championship and beating Brentford in the semi-final before seeing off Barnsley in the final.
Swansea City will now join the likes of West Bromwich Albion, Leeds United and Fulham in the Premier League next season.
